Terms & Conditions
- Our Hidaways are strictly no smoking.
- We regret pets are not permitted in our Hideaways.
- Our Hideaways provide accommodation for adults only, we are unable to offer accommodation for children and families.
- The number of persons accommodated in our Hideaways must not exceed a two adults.
- Only the Guests who are booked as staying in the specific accommodation are permitted to enter.
- For the avoidance of doubt NO third parties or visitors are permitted access.
- We do not cater for wedding parties or elopement’s. We also do not accept group bookings. Please do not book any of our properties if this is your intention.
- We are happy to accept honeymooners, birthday couples, and anniversary stays ensuring we make the stay extra special.
- Check-in to our Hideaways is after 4pm on the date of your arrival.
- Guests must check-out on the date of departure by 10am.
- Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price.
- Payment for your Hideaway booking must be made at the time of reservation and is non-refundable on cancellation.
- It is your responsibility to have suitable travel & curtailment insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances which may result in you not being able to travel for your booking. If you choose to proceed with your booking without suitable insurance cover, any losses resulting from cancellation are your own to bear.
- Please be advised that refunds are not possible and we do not enter into negotiation with guests who have to cancel, irrespective of the reason for doing so.
- Insurance can be obtained on www.selfcateringinsurance.co.uk and a Proposal Form of J L Morris (insurance brokers) Limited.– Tel: 01202 642840 (other insurance providers are also available, this is just for an example)
- The owners do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, motor vehicles, or any other item belonging to guests or any member of the party.
- Bookings are accepted as fully confirmed when full payment (or a deposit at the discretion of the owners) has been made.
- Guests shall take reasonable and proper care of their Hideaway and its furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair, condition and tidiness as at the commencement of their stay.
- Guests are required to inform the owner of any damage or breakages in or around the Hideaway promptly so that it can be repaired and replaced for the next guests.
