Questions & Answers
Check-in time?
Check-in is available any time after 4pm on your date of arrival. Please do call ahead if you think you’re going to be earlier than 4pm and we’ll be able to advise if your Hideaway is ready.
Check-out time?
Check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.
Where can I collect my key?
When you arrive, please call us on 07980 931556 and either Mairi or Tony will come and meet you with your key and show you to your Hideaway.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our Hideaways.
Do you allow Children?
Our Hideaways are adult only accommodation with exception of our Stormfront Hideaway which can cater for up to two children over 8 years of age.
Can I leave my luggage?
Sorry we’re unable to look after your luggage if you’re not checked-in to one of our Hideaways.
Is there WiFi?
High-speed WiFi is included and available in all of our Hideaways.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Glasgow International Airport which is a 2 hour drive from the Hideaways.
Are there Restaurants nearby?
Yes there are some really lovely Restaurants and Pubs nearby, click here for our recommendations.
Are there Taxis in the area?
Yes Alistair’s Taxis are local and can be contacted on 01855 811136.
